We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for our client in the banking sector.

Opis posla

Način rada: On site
  • operational coordination of local team activities (approx. 10-15 members)
  • administrative support for planning and delivery tracking processes
  • monitoring + reporting on the work performed by team members
  • preparation of documents for important project meetings (Steering Committees) of senior management + processing of outputs from them
  • cooperation with teams from other countries/entities from the bancassurance group + with the bank’s central teams
  • involvement in solving professional problems.

Zahtjevi posla

  • agile project management methods (ideally knowledge of the SAFE method)
  • Job description of a project manager / scrum master
  • development cycle (design, delivery, testing, deployment, …)
  • bulk data processing (ideally basic knowledge of some SQL language – preferably TeraData)
  • high-level knowledge of basic types of banking products
  • work with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office 365 tools (ideally including more demanding operations – macros, filters, pivot tables, …)
  • good knowledge of English (fluent communication)
  • communication skills + teamwork
  • high motivation + ability to learn new things
