Process / Business Analyst

For our client, we are looking for an experienced process and business analyst who has experience with business process optimization and is ready to take on a key role in analyzing and implementing changes in the area of remarketing.

Job description

Način rada: Remote

conducting process and business analysis focused on remarketing (used car sales)
the project focuses exclusively on business processes, not on IT implementations
close cooperation with employees responsible for remarketing and use of their expertise
business process mapping at L4 level, including available documentation and real processes
mapping and reviewing used applications and systems (e.g. RPA)
identification of links between processes in the company and analysis of potential impacts of changes
design and mapping of changes to existing processes
preparation of remarketing workflows and their adjustments according to needs
communication of detailed changes to processes and workflows with colleagues in HQ

Job requirements

at least 5 years of experience with process and business analysis
proven experience with mapping and reviewing processes and systems
knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, ARIS, BPMN)
ability to work with business processes at L4 level
strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate changes effectively
knowledge of Czech and English at a professional level
Willingness to come onsite to the offices in Prague 6 3 days a week
advantage :
- experience with projects focused on business process review
- experience in financial services, leasing or remarketing
- experience with robotic process automation (RPA)
